1. Return Eligibility

• Books can be returned within 3 days of delivery only for hardcopy.
• Only books in their original condition, unused, and with intact packaging are eligible for return.
• Returns due to incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Digital books, eBooks, and downloadable content cannot be returned.
• Personalized or custom-made books are non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
